I had a Pyracantha shrub in my front yard that started to die. I found out that it had Deadman's finger and was a lose. I called around to find an arborist that would give me a few options. I found Big Steve's Tree Care in a google search of top 10 tree care in our area. I called them up. He was out in just a few days, confirmed my worst suspicions and gave me an extremely reasonable quote to complete remove the shrub. After the HOA approved the removal, Big Steve's crew showed up on time, removed the scrub, cleaned up, and departed. I didn't have to do anything after they left. no raking, no cutting up the scrub for Wednesday pickup. They did everything including taking the scrub away. if you didn't know it, you would think that there had been nothing there before. I highly recommend Big Steve's Tree Care.

I've used Big Steve and his crew three times, once to trim a tree above my house and twice to remove branches that had fallen or were hanging from the tree. Steve is great, thorough and obviously loves trees, when I asked him about certain hanging branches, he told me what was healthy and could stay, so he didn't do more than he had to. He also came for my initial price quote very quickly and was able to do the job a few days later after i emailed the signed price quote back. The lady who answers the phones there is great too!

Steve came and gave an honest appraisal. He could have charged us more to save an old damaged tree, but gave an honest appraisal of the outcome. New chose to have it cut down and the stump removed. Big Steve's crews do professional and perfect work. I have worked with them for years. They have taken out about 12 oak trees (0ver 80 ft) over the years. Always a reasonable price, and the crews are top rate. Very responsive while on site and leave the yard perfect. I have a bunch more oaks that are going to have to go. Would not even think of any other tree service.
