The crew did an outstanding job trimming 2 oak trees and removed a gum tree. Kudos to Omar with expertly trimming big oak trees with an eye to minimize any falling limbs with no damages to my fence line. Franceso was team lead and did an excellent job removing gum tree and crew Manuel and Danny were professional in clearing area of tree limbs and were professional and ensured my deck and driveway were cleared of any debris. John did an excellent job with stump grind of gum tree and ensured there was no damage to surrounding area. Will in front office provided good updates on crew scheduling. We had three trees removed from a small yard in Old Town Alexandria. Highly technical job that included a very large Mulberry that overhung neighbors' property on both sides and was crisscrossed by no less than three service lines, as well as cable lines. Also included large elm that was less than 10 feet from house. I honestly did not understand how it would be possible to safely get rid of these trees. The crew did not bat an eye when they saw the situation. They skillfully and methodically took down the trees, often having to proceed painstakingly slow to work around obstacles and avoid damaging structures. I would have full faith in this crew to take on extremely challenging/technical jobs.

Big Steve came out right away to address my concerns on a new home property that had invasive trees and tree shrubs destroying a custom-made $30,000 fence. Their estimate was very reasonable given that ten fence panels needed to come down and go back up after removal and five fence posts needed to be replaced due to the damage. The job took two days to include taking down two trees near the front porch. Big Steve also adjusted their schedule to remove invasive tree shrubs from the neighbor's property affecting the party fence and water and sewage exterior pipes. Steve came and gave an honest appraisal. He could have charged us more to save an old damaged tree, but gave an honest appraisal of the outcome. New chose to have it cut down and the stump removed. Big Steve was the cheapest of all the INSURED services we had come out. They came and did the job right and fast. There is a reason everyone recommends them - they are professional and good.
