We've used Big Steve's twice in the past month, first for a tree removal where they came, gave us a reasonable estimate without trying to upsell us with other unnecessary services and then were able to take the tree down the following week. The second time we used them was for leaf removal and a team of 4 individuals spent 6 hours meticulously getting the leaves off of our half acre. Big Steve's Tree Care did a fantastic job removing a very large oak that was nestled up against my house. Their estimate was competitive, they were able to get me on their schedule relatively quick, and the work was performed respectfully and within a single day. We had three trees removed from a small yard in Old Town Alexandria. Highly technical job that included a very large Mulberry that overhung neighbors' property on both sides and was crisscrossed by no less than three service lines, as well as cable lines. Also included large elm that was less than 10 feet from house. I honestly did not understand how it would be possible to safely get rid of these trees. The crew did not bat an eye when they saw the situation. They skillfully and methodically took down the trees, often having to proceed painstakingly slow to work around obstacles and avoid damaging structures. I would have full faith in this crew to take on extremely challenging/technical jobs.
