Big Steve's crews do professional and perfect work. I have worked with them for years. They have taken out about 12 oak trees (0ver 80 ft) over the years. Always a reasonable price, and the crews are top rate. Very responsive while on site and leave the yard perfect. I have a bunch more oaks that are going to have to go. Would not even think of any other tree service.

I had a pretty bad experience with not being able to get another company to show up and complete the work I needed to have done. I had been given the run around by them for over a month. I called Big Steve's after getting too fed up. They were very professional and had the work COMPLETED 2 days after my initial phone call. I think they are great and would highly recommend them.

Big Steve's Tree Care did a fantastic job removing a very large oak that was nestled up against my house. Their estimate was competitive, they were able to get me on their schedule relatively quick, and the work was performed respectfully and within a single day. Stump grinding and tree removal were both done very well with no damage to my property. I've used this company on three separate occasions across two properties and feel solid in recommending them to anyone in NOVA who needs a tree or stump removed.

The crew did an outstanding job trimming 2 oak trees and removed a gum tree. Kudos to Omar with expertly trimming big oak trees with an eye to minimize any falling limbs with no damages to my fence line. Franceso was team lead and did an excellent job removing gum tree and crew Manuel and Danny were professional in clearing area of tree limbs and were professional and ensured my deck and driveway were cleared of any debris. John did an excellent job with stump grind of gum tree and ensured there was no damage to surrounding area. Will in front office provided good updates on crew scheduling. We had three trees removed from a small yard in Old Town Alexandria. Highly technical job that included a very large Mulberry that overhung neighbors' property on both sides and was crisscrossed by no less than three service lines, as well as cable lines. Also included large elm that was less than 10 feet from house. I honestly did not understand how it would be possible to safely get rid of these trees. The crew did not bat an eye when they saw the situation. They skillfully and methodically took down the trees, often having to proceed painstakingly slow to work around obstacles and avoid damaging structures. I would have full faith in this crew to take on extremely challenging/technical jobs.
