Their estimate was competitive, they were able to get me on their schedule relatively quick, and the work was performed respectfully and within a single day. Stump grinding and tree removal were both done very well with no damage to my property. Steve came and gave an honest appraisal. He could have charged us more to save an old damaged tree, but gave an honest appraisal of the outcome. New chose to have it cut down and the stump removed. Big Steve was the cheapest of all the INSURED services we had come out. They came and did the job right and fast. There is a reason everyone recommends them - they are professional and good.
