Big Steve came out right away to address my concerns on a new home property that had invasive trees and tree shrubs destroying a custom-made $30,000 fence. Their estimate was very reasonable given that ten fence panels needed to come down and go back up after removal and five fence posts needed to be replaced due to the damage. The job took two days to include taking down two trees near the front porch. Big Steve also adjusted their schedule to remove invasive tree shrubs from the neighbor's property affecting the party fence and water and sewage exterior pipes. We've used Big Steve's twice in the past month, first for a tree removal where they came, gave us a reasonable estimate without trying to upsell us with other unnecessary services and then were able to take the tree down the following week. The second time we used them was for leaf removal and a team of 4 individuals spent 6 hours meticulously getting the leaves off of our half acre. Imagine how long that would have taken me! 100% worth the price and we'll be using them for years to come.

Big Steve's crews do professional and perfect work. I have worked with them for years. They have taken out about 12 oak trees (0ver 80 ft) over the years. Always a reasonable price, and the crews are top rate. Very responsive while on site and leave the yard perfect. I have a bunch more oaks that are going to have to go. Would not even think of any other tree service.

Big Steve did work for us several years ago and I was very happy about the quality and price. They just came back and did a moderate amount of work for me and my nextdoor neighbor. Once again they were great! Very careful of our property, did a good job of what we had asked for, and cleaned up very nicely at the end. We were very happy and I certainly would recommend them as a good contractor if you need tree work done, plus miscellaneous shrub pruning, etc.

I've used Big Steve and his crew three times, once to trim a tree above my house and twice to remove branches that had fallen or were hanging from the tree. Steve is great, thorough and obviously loves trees, when I asked him about certain hanging branches, he told me what was healthy and could stay, so he didn't do more than he had to. He also came for my initial price quote very quickly and was able to do the job a few days later after i emailed the signed price quote back. The lady who answers the phones there is great too!

Steve came and gave an honest appraisal. He could have charged us more to save an old damaged tree, but gave an honest appraisal of the outcome. New chose to have it cut down and the stump removed. Big Steve was the cheapest of all the INSURED services we had come out. They came and did the job right and fast. There is a reason everyone recommends them - they are professional and good.
