Working with Nora through emails was so easy as she responded to everything in a timely manner and gave me clarity when I was not sure of myself when it came to understanding everything that was going to be done. Steven, the young gentleman that came by to do the estimate, was on time and very polite. The crew to take down the tree (a little taller than a three level townhouse above ground) was fast and efficient. I thought it would take several hours, half a day to get done, but it took them 1 hour and 20 minutes. They were so nice and cleaned up after themselves. The team that came to grind the stump were also very polite, fast, and efficient. Everyone was just great! And the pricing for everything was very reasonable.
